By accessing, browsing, or using the Haven platform ("the Service"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and all applicable laws and regulations.

If you are using Haven on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

Haven is an AI-powered real estate intelligence platform providing property discovery, investment analysis, ROI projections, market insights, and virtual staging tools — designed to help investors make more informed real estate decisions.

Our platform includes:

• AI-driven property search and matching
• Investment return calculators and ROI projections
• Market trend analysis and data aggregation
• Virtual staging and property visualization tools
• Scout agent for automated deal discovery

Haven is free to use. We do not charge you a subscription, a per-analysis fee, or any other fee for access to the Service. We do not require payment details to create an account.

How Haven is compensated

Haven operates a referral model. If you ask us to put you in touch with a real estate agent, we pass your enquiry to a licensed partner agent. If you subsequently complete a property transaction with that agent, Haven may receive a referral fee in connection with that transaction. That fee is arranged between Haven and the agent or their brokerage. You are not charged by Haven at any point.

Your choices

• You are never required to contact or work with a partner agent to use Haven
• You are free to use your own agent, or no agent at all
• Contacting a partner agent creates no obligation to transact
• Partner agents are independent professionals and are not employees of Haven

Agent relationship

Haven is a technology platform, not a real estate brokerage, and does not act as your agent, broker, or fiduciary. Any agency relationship is formed directly between you and the licensed agent or brokerage you choose to engage, on terms agreed between you and them. Haven is not a party to that agreement and is not responsible for the services the agent provides.

Future paid features

Haven may introduce optional paid features in the future. Any such feature will be clearly identified as paid, and no charge will ever be applied without your prior consent.

To access certain features, you must create an account via supported OAuth providers (Google, GitHub) or directly through our platform. By creating an account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete registration information
• Maintain the security and confidentiality of your login credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or breach
• Accept responsibility for all activities conducted under your account
• Not share your account credentials with any third party

Haven reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

You agree to use Haven only for lawful purposes. You must not:

• Violate any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation
• Transmit unauthorized advertising or promotional material
• Impersonate any person or entity, or falsely represent your affiliation
• Engage in data mining, scraping, or systematic extraction of platform data
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service or its systems
• Introduce viruses, malware, or other harmful code
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the platform

Your privacy is paramount to us. Our Privacy Policy governs the collection, use, and disclosure of your personal information and is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

The Service and its original content, features, functionality, design, logos, trademarks, and AI models are the exclusive property of Haven and its licensors, protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

You may not:

• Reproduce, duplicate, copy, or sell any portion of the Service
• Reverse-engineer or extract source code from Haven's systems
• Create derivative works based on our platform or AI models
• Use Haven's branding or trademarks without prior written consent

Haven provides the Service on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Haven and its directors, employees, partners, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses
• Damages from your use of or inability to use the Service
• Unauthorized access to or alteration of your data
• Any investment losses or financial decisions based on platform data

Haven reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes by:

• Updating the 'Last updated' date at the top of this page
• Sending an email notification to your registered address
• Displaying a prominent notice within the platform interface

Continued use of Haven after changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms. If you disagree, you must discontinue use of Haven.
